Another young talent is 23-year-old Rivoningo Mhlari, who founded a successful information management systems company known as Rikatec. Born in Limpopo, Rivoningo knew as a teenager that he wanted to be an entrepreneur. The fact that his parents divorced when he was 10 years old didn't deter him. His determination persisted even after being rejected 11 times by industry players when he first started his business.

Rivoningo gave this advice to young aspiring entrepreneurs: Just start! I am inspired by my ability to dream, the mere fact that I now have resources to make most of my dreams a reality inspires me to want more to create more.
